I have been playing Lacrosse since I was in 5th Grade. I started playing lacrosse with the Franklin Square Lacrosse Club. My first travel lacrosse team was the Checkmate Sharks run by Gordon Purdie. I have played with the Long Island Hitmen and LI Tomahawks. I was coached by Matt Panetta while at the LI Tomahawks who was all All American Attackman for Johns Hopkins and current assistant coach for PLL Chaos. I play for H.F. Carey High School and as an 8th grader was moved up to play Junior Varsity. As a 9th grader I Played both JV and Varsity. My current travel team is Team 91 Orange and Team 91 Varsity.
I am a left handed attackman that can dodge/throw/catch both from the left and right side. I can also play midfield. I am very coachable, attentive, and enjoy playing the game of lacrosse. I play lacrosse all year round for my High School and Team 91. In addition, I do CrossFit several times a week to get stronger and more agile.
I am an excellent student and currently have a 3.4 GPA. I challenge myself academically and take up to 4 AP classes a semester. I am a College Board AP scholar. I was in the Junior National Honor Society and am currently in the Senior National Honor Society. I am part of the Carey Model U.N. and have competed at William&Mary, American University, University of Chicago and Rutgers University. I volunteer to do 7/8th grade Orientations at my High School, volunteer at LI Harvest Food Bank and the Washington Street Elementary School Summer Program. I attended the PAL Lacrosse Officials training classes and I am certified to assist Lacrosse referees for the Nassau County PAL Lacrosse Program(Spring 2019). I am a volunteer teacher/coach for the Washington Street Elementary School Recreation Program. I have also participated as a coach/mentor for the PALS Special Olympics at H.F. Carey High School.
Scored 1140 on PSAT and 1260 on SAT. Scored 690 on U.S. History Subject Test. Scored 27 on ACT.
I plan to major in Russian Language/International Relations-Global Studies in college.
