Kyle Olson
Tommy has been a 2 year varsity letter winner on teams that went a combined 43-3 winning a Midwest and a State Championship. He amassed 84 points in those two seasons and started all of his Sophomore season. Tommy was selected captain as a junior which is very rare in our programs 51 years of lacrosse. This speaks to the type of leader his teammates feel he is. Tommy is very physical and extremely athletic on the lacrosse field. He has a ton of talent but is still very raw which tells me his ceiling is very high. It is rare to see a defender stop him 1 on 1 with how physical he dodges. Tommy has the ability to shoot with power coming down field as a middie and is our best inside finisher as an attackman. Please call, text or email me and I would be happy to go into more detail. - Kyle Olson 614-915-7340 kyleolson28@gmail.com
Justin Buttermore
Tommy showed elite competitiveness, athleticism, and work ethic as a quarterback and safety for our football team this fall. Tommy practices and plays with a great attitude, is extremely coachable, and has a team first mentality at all times. He shows great commitment year round to improve his skills in both lacrosse and football. Tommy showed great physical and mental toughness throughout the fall and is a player that is at his best in the biggest and most critical moments of a game. In my opinion, Tommy's most outstanding trait is his ability to make every player around him on the field better. He inspires his teammates with confidence, toughness, and positive body language and in turn they play at a higher level. His impact on those around him can be seen and felt in every game. Tommy also possesses leadership abilities that are rarely seen in young people today. His interactions with teammates and willingness to use his voice to both reinforce and correct their play is a quality that few have as underclass leaders. Every player on our team has great respect for Tommy and responds to his leadership immediately.
Adam Stewart
Tommy is an absolute animal on the field. He is a rare combination of strength, speed and vision with the ability to run by a guy in space and also post a guy up at GLE and make the feed while taking pressure on his hands and hips. As a multi-sport athlete on state championship level teams, he understands the demands of preparing and competing at the highest level. As a young player he has stepped into leadership roles as a QB and starting attackman and will only get better as an alpha on the field and in the locker room. He possesses the IQ to run the field from up top or behind and the EQ to run the locker room and the huddle. Hard to find a better combination than that.
