I began playing lax in first grade., immediately I was hooked and fell in love with the game. I've played at every position on the field but became really passionate about playing defense and middie as time went on. My coaches all describe me as a
'ball hawk" because of my field/spacial awareness, anticipation and closing speed and because I am known for picking off passes and stealing the ball from opposing players. I am also most often described as a PTP (prime time player) and my coaches say I have ability to find another speed, and intensity, in the toughest of situations and when the game is on the line.

Other Athletics and Interests:

I also play basketball (guard), unanimous selection as JV Captain as a Sophomore and led team to a 13 - 0 undefeated season, outscoring our competition 519 to 296. I believe in the motto that "teamwork makes the dream work" and love breaking defenses and assisting our "bigs" (forwards and center) with scoring.

Other hobbies include dance and basically all sports.

Academics:

I have a 3.98 GPA challenging myself academically taking all available honors classes as a Freshman as as well as all available honors and AP classes my Sophomore year. I am a member of DECA and a State competition qualifier for both my Freshman and Sophomore years.

Community:

I am also involved with the community volunteering and helping to raise money for various causes throughout the year, i feel very strongly about giving back and play active role in numerous events and programs including co-sponsoring a miniTHON with my older sister (Jocelyn, a Junior) my Freshman year.
