Kyle McGuire enters his first season as a member of the Elizabethtown College men's lacrosse coaching staff in 2019.

Joining the staff as an assistant coach in September 2019, McGuire brings over 10 years of playing and coaching experience to Elizabethtown. McGuire will primarily work with the Blue Jays' offensive unit while playing a key role in the program's recruiting efforts.

McGuire has spent the last four years as the head coach at Saint Ignatius College Prep in Chicago, leading them to a 7-11 record in 2019 in the competitive Chicago Catholic League.

While coaching, McGuire worked as the regional director for NXTsports in Chicago from 2013-2018. He played a key role in launching the organizations NXT Lacrosse Chicago chapter for a company that runs 80 lacrosse camps and clinics, 25 boys and girls’ club lacrosse teams, and 41 lacrosse tournaments and recruiting showcases across the country.

Prior to his coaching and administrative career, McGuire was a four-year member of the lacrosse team at Lynchburg College, helping the Hornets compile a 55-16 record during his tenure. He recorded 32 goals, 40 assists and 72 points during time at Lynchburg.
