Erin Chartier
Recruit Profile
Strong, valuable left-handed player with high lacrosse IQ; diverse athlete that is coachable, determined, dedicated, diligent, and composed yet aggressive.
I began playing lacrosse at age 9, playing club all through late-elementary and middle school. In September of 2019, I began playing for Summit Lacrosse Club. I have been a starting varsity player for Thompson Valley High School since freshman year. Spring 2021, I helped lead my team to be 4A North Conference Champions and to the semifinal round of the 4A State tournament being the 3rd leading scorer on the team. Of the 4A North Conference, I had the 7th most goals and 13th most assists and finished the season with a .676 shot percentage. June 2021, I was named 1st Team All-Conference (4A north).
On my club team (Denver Summit Crimson), I lead my team in goals, assists, and points. My coaches have complimented on my stick skills, shooting, and dodging abilities as well as my coachability, work ethic, and dedication.
I am just as committed to my academics as I am to lacrosse. I have a 4.1 GPA and have maintained a 4.0 or above since freshman year. I have also been on the Highest Honor Roll since freshman year. I am ranked highly in my class and have been recognized for GPA and overall academic excellence. I've taken several Honors, AP, and Dual Credit classes. I am a member of National Honor Society and the Head of Design for my school's yearbook team. I volunteer in kid's ministry for 3 churches, including AWANA Cubbies (yields over 200 hours of community service).
My end goal is to play NCAA lacrosse, and I will do whatever it takes (+ more) to achieve that goal!
