Dylan Reif
Recruit Profile
Field General that makes teammates better. Leads by example, values the ball, and respects the game. Multi-sport athlete that plays with passion and proven record of overcoming adversity.
I have been described as a highly skilled and coach-able athlete with outstanding character and great work ethic.
I started playing lacrosse at 8 and continue to work on my fundamentals. Because of my stick skills (pass, catch, shoot on the run with both hands, from multiple angles) and my IQ, I can play any offensive position. My vision, unselfishness, and point guard skills make me successful at distributing and protecting the ball. My athleticism and stick skills allow me to dodge, finish, and play off-ball as well.
I understand both man and zone concepts on defense and have had success in both systems. I also played basketball and soccer for 6 years, 3 of which were at the club level.
I received an Academic Letter for having a 3.75 gpa or better for 5 straight quarters. I am a member of the National Honor Society and a Certified Lifeguard. I am taking multiple AP classes and accelerated math. My weighted GPA is 3.84 and I have been on the Honor Roll every semester. I am also the top fundraiser, on my team, for Denver City Lax and have raised over $1000 each year for two consecutive years. I also volunteer as a member of the American Red Cross Club.

Dylan is strong and athletic with a blue collar mentality and a willingness to be coach. In my opinion, as a sports performance coach, he has a very high ceiling for physical development, and that, combined with his naturally quick twitch ability, will allow him to bring a great deal of value to any team he plays for.
