Dylan Oas
Recruit Profile
Always put the team first, very coachable, able to feed/score with both hands, always see the open guy/high lacrosse IQ, You won't find a harder working guy on the field
I have played sports my whole life. I wrestled and played lacrosse from 3rd grade to 9th grade. I have always been the hardest working guy in the wrestling room and lacrosse field, always wanting to get better. Went to youth state 3 times for wrestling. Varsity wrestling as a freshman. After freshman year I decided to focus on just lacrosse. I have went out east many times and played against the toughest competition in the country. I am a very good dodger and my shot on the run is unstoppable. I am comfortable passing, dodging, and shooting with both hands. Most people don't know if I'm right or left handed. I am the hardest worker on the field and come up with tons of ground balls each game. I coach shooting camps for youth lacrosse players.
Lacrosse History
I started playing on my first club team in 5th grade(War Eagle Lacrosse Academy) and I played with them until 9th grade. Traveled to many tournaments in the Midwest. Wanted more competition so in 8th grade I tried out for Team Illinois and went to the Brine National Lacrosse Classic in Virginia. While playing down there I was selected for the all star game. Freshman year I was a varsity starter for Sauk Prairie High School. I scored 12 goals and 8 assists in just 17 games receiving 2 player of the game awards and helped my team get second in the conference. Sophomore season. I scored 48 goals and had 18 assists with 17 games played. I scored the 14th most goals in the state with less games played than all of the players above me. I received an all conference award for the badger north conference(the toughest conference in WI). Then in the summer of sophomore year I played with Alpha 2021(best team in WI for my age group) we played at the Chicago Cup, in the 2020 age group. Went to Baltimore Maryland and played in the Trilogy 24 tournament at Goucher college. Then in the fall I went to the Inside Lacrosse tournament in Maryland with team Alpha. While playing there I was noticed by High Point University coach, who personally invited me to his top prospect day and college tour. Summer 2020 I will be playing with True National 2021, attending the Long Island Showdown and Crab Feast.
