My first sport's passion was Alpine Ski Racing. I started skiing when I was two years old. I tried out and made the Woodbury High School Varsity Ski Team as a 7th grader. I also started in-house basketball the same year and decided to switch to my new passion, basketball, the following season. I made and was started the 8th grade A traveling team the first time I tried out and have enjoyed it ever since. I think the skills I've learned in basketball have translated to my lax game as well. This year, I'm starting on the Sophomore basketball team and playing on JV. I started playing my main sport, lacrosse, in 6th grade, after seeing how much fun my older brother was having playing lacrosse (he is now playing D2 lacrosse) so I decided to quit my C1 soccer team and have loved playing lacrosse over every other sport ever since. I am bilingual (English-Spanish) and on track to graduate high school with the Bilingual Seal of the State of Minnesota. My ultimate goal is to play NCAA lacrosse at a great school where I can continue to build my lacrosse skills, relationships and study in my field of interests - engineering and architecture.
