In 2013, Childs led the Spartans to a school-record 13 wins as York earned the second seed in the CAC tournament. The Spartans are 22-11 in Childs' two seasons at the helm of the program. In addition to the Spartans' 2013 team success, a school-record six Spartans earned All-CAC honors including the Capital Athletic Conference Player-of-the-Year Tyler Hutson. Hutson was also just the second Spartan to earn USILA All-American honors while wearing the Green and White.
