Description of coaching style
“Great. Strict but in a good way. Lenient when it comes to missing things for school work. They want you to be better everyday. They set a high bar but it is achievable.”
“Run and gun. Up Tempo.”
“Our coaches are very disciplined and have a clear pathway towards their goals we are expected to follow. Efficient mentality.”
+ / - of overall team experience
“Everyone on the team is close and has a clear academic priority. Positive team environment. The only negative I can think of is being a young team competing in arguably the toughest conference in the nation.”
“Positive - Great guys, great competition, a lot of playing opportunities, fun team atmosphere...
Negative - Cold weather, time consuming, practice times could be better.”
“I love being part of the group. It's nice to have a separate group of guys outside of my fraternity that I can get close with.”
Team Road Trips
Most games are played in Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, and Illinois. They also travel to Tennessee. In the past they have taken trips to California for spring break.
